Overview
LunaraStars may offer free access, a 7-day premium trial, recurring subscriptions, and one-time credit packs for digital AI features. This policy explains the general refund approach, subject to mandatory consumer rights that may apply in Spain, the EU, or your country of residence.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel a paid plan through the Stripe customer portal where available. Cancelling usually stops future renewals and keeps access active until the end of the paid billing period.
Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where there has been a duplicate charge, billing error, technical issue preventing use, or another case we approve in our discretion.
Free trials
LunaraStars may provide a 7-day app-level premium trial without requiring a payment card. Trial availability, length, and features may change. If a future trial requires payment details, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout.
Credit packs and digital content
Credit packs are one-time digital purchases used for premium features such as AI reports, synastry, Fate Timeline, voice narration, or similar services. Unused credits may be reviewed for refund eligibility. Credits that have already been used to generate or deliver digital content are generally non-refundable unless required by law or there was a clear technical failure.
EU consumer rights
EU consumer withdrawal rights for digital content and services can depend on the exact checkout wording, whether performance began immediately, and whether the user gave any required acknowledgements. This section must be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before launch.
How to request a refund
Contact [TODO: billing support email] with your account email, Stripe receipt or invoice ID, purchase date, and a short explanation. We may ask for information needed to verify the payment and account ownership.
Stripe processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card network processing times vary and are outside LunaraStars' control.
Abuse and account issues
We may refuse refunds where we detect fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, violation of the Terms, or attempts to repeatedly consume digital services and request refunds.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy as plans, credit rules, checkout terms, or legal requirements change.
