By accessing or using LunaraStars, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies linked from them, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of LunaraStars
LunaraStars is an AI-powered astrology, tarot, horoscope, journaling, dream reflection, compatibility, synastry, and personal insight platform. Features may include daily horoscopes, AI tarot readings, chat with Lunara, saved reading history, memory-aware chat, returning-user greetings, birth chart-related features, subscription plans, credit packs, voice narration, and premium reports.
Eligibility and age restrictions
You must be at least [TODO: confirm minimum age, recommended 18+] to use LunaraStars, or have the consent required by applicable law. You may not use LunaraStars if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
Account registration
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address current. Google login is available if configured through Supabase Auth.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the questions, messages, birth details, partner details, journal entries, dreams, and other content you submit. You agree not to submit unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights.
Astrology features may depend on accurate birth date, birth time, and birth location. Inaccurate birth information can produce inaccurate or less relevant astrology content.
If you use memory-aware features, you are responsible for deciding what to share with Lunara. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data. Memory features may summarize or reuse themes from your activity to provide continuity, but they are not a substitute for your own judgment or professional support.
Subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds
LunaraStars may offer free access, a 7-day app-level premium trial, paid subscriptions, and one-time credit packs. Subscription features, prices, renewal periods, and limits are shown at checkout or in the pricing page.
Stripe processes subscription and credit payments. LunaraStars does not store full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. You can manage or cancel paid plans through the Stripe customer portal where available.
Credits may be used for premium features such as synastry reports, Fate Timeline features, voice narration, or other premium AI experiences. Credit rules may change as the product evolves.
Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy, Stripe status, applicable consumer law, and any mandatory rights that apply in Spain or the EU.
Acceptable use
You agree to use LunaraStars only for lawful, personal, and non-abusive purposes. You must not misuse, scrape, copy at scale, reverse engineer, overload, probe, attack, bypass limits, resell access, interfere with security, automate abusive requests, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
Prohibited uses
You must not use LunaraStars to generate unlawful, harassing, hateful, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content. You must not use the service for emergency decisions, medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial recommendations, psychological diagnosis, crisis support, or decisions that require a qualified professional.
AI-generated content limitations
LunaraStars uses AI-generated content. AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, symbolic, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You should independently evaluate outputs and not rely on them as factual predictions or professional advice.
Lunara memory features
Eligible accounts may include memory features that create compressed memory cards, vector embeddings, and a memory profile from recent chats, journals, dreams, readings, reports, and other saved activity. These features are intended to help Lunara remember recurring themes, preferences, and emotional context so conversations feel more continuous.
Memory output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or may miss nuance. Lunara may acknowledge remembered themes only as reflective context, not as proof of facts, diagnosis, prediction, or professional assessment.
You can manage memory from the account page where available, including refreshing, pausing, resuming, clearing all memory, or deleting individual memory cards. Clearing memory does not automatically delete the original chats, readings, journals, dreams, or reports from which memory may have been derived. Account deletion and data export are handled separately through the account privacy tools.
We may change, limit, or discontinue memory features as the product evolves, including for safety, privacy, technical, legal, or plan-related reasons.
Entertainment and reflective guidance only
Tarot, astrology, horoscope, compatibility, synastry, and similar content are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight. LunaraStars does not predict the future with certainty and does not guarantee outcomes.
No professional advice
LunaraStars does not provide medical, mental health, emergency, legal, financial, tax, investment, career, or other professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions in those areas.
User-generated inputs and ownership
You retain your rights in the questions, messages, birth details, journal entries, dreams, and other content you submit. You grant LunaraStars the limited rights needed to host, process, display, secure, improve, and generate responses from your content as part of the service.
Platform content and intellectual property
LunaraStars, Lunara, the site design, prompts, UI, written content, software, graphics, brand elements, and generated product structures are owned by LunaraStars or its licensors, except for content you provide and third-party materials. You may not copy or commercialize platform content without permission.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, Resend, Google login, Vercel, and other providers listed in our policies. Their terms and privacy notices may apply to their services.
Service availability
We aim to keep LunaraStars available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, degraded, or unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, security issues, product changes, or events outside our control.
Modification or discontinuation
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, or replace features, plans, credits, or content. Where legally required or commercially reasonable, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid users.
Termination or suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, abuse the service, fail to pay, or misuse platform resources. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunaraStars is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions you make based on AI, astrology, tarot, horoscope, synastry, or reflective content.
Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify LunaraStars against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
